2024 Sweetheart Ball Chair Heather Washburne has announced the addition of six new members to the organization that raises funds for cardiology research.
Joining the group are Susan Butt, Charlyn Holmes, Kari Schlegel Kloewer, Meredith Land Moore, Elizabeth Augur Taylor and Amy Abboud Aware.
According to Heather, “We are excited to have these amazing women join us in our efforts to raise funds for cardiology research at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.”
Since its establishment in 1981 by Founding Chair Laura Bayoud Hunt, the highlight of the year of fundraising is the black-tie, invitation-only gala in the spring.
