While 2024 Crystal Charity Ball Chair Cheryl Joyner is within just a month away from the mega black tie gala celebration of providing $7,093,665 for the 2024 Dallas County children’s charities, 2025 CCB Chair Mary Martha Pickens is lining up her committees and plans for the countless activities for the year ahead.
One of those responsibilities is the announcement of the 2026 CCB chair.
According to Mary Martha, “Jennifer Dix has agreed to serve as the 2025 Ball Chairman-Elect and the 2026 Ball Chairman. Jennifer has a wide range of experience in the Dallas community. Her proven fundraising skills, intellect, generous and kind spirit and commitment to this organization will ensure the continued success of Crystal Charity Ball.”
A very active member of CCB since 2012, Jennifer has not only chaired numerous positions including Underwriting, Silent Auction, Children’s Book, Fashion Show, Ball Reservations, Casino Prizes And Gifts and Post-Ball Arrangements, she has served as Secretary Of The Board and New Member Liaison Co-Chair.
But her leadership roles have not been limited to CCB. In addition to serving as president of The Salvation Army Auxiliary, she has chaired the 2011 Cattle Baron’s Ball and the Heroes And Handbags Luncheon, as well co-chairing the St. Mark’s Annual Gala Auction and the Hope Lodge/American Cancer Society Capital Campaign.
