Before opening The Dallas Opera season with a performance of “The Flying Dutchman” on Friday, October 12, the 2018 First Night tip-top sponsors showed their black-tie elegance at a fabulous seated dinner in a dazzling tent adjacent to the Winspear Opera House.
From the blue diamond carpeting to the diamond gems adorning the ladies, the evening supper could have easily been considered a spectacular success on its own merits.
