Just before the curtain went up tonight for “The Flying Dutchman” at the Winspear Opera House, the First Night big ticket black-tie crowd attended a seated dinner in a glamorous tent adjacent to the Winspear.
The Dallas Opera Board Chair Lynn McBee announced to the guests that Kim and Greg Hext had agreed to co-chair the 2019 First Sight/First Night.
When cornered about plans, Kim revealed that she’s already arranged for Ellen Winspear to chair the First Sight Luncheon.
