Bruno Davaillon*

When Chef Bruno Davaillon left the Rosewood Mansion, a lot of well-heeled taste buds went hungry for the Frenchman’s cuisine. Little did they know that there would be an oasis up ahead on the second level of the 400 Record (formerly known Belo Tower).  Correctly called Bullion, it’s easy to spot from the street thanks to its exterior of dazzling gold scales.

And the interior is just as heady thanks to Swedish interior architect Martin Brudnizki, who provided an ambiance to match Bruno’s handiwork. The winding staircase with its leather-covered handrails separates the bar and lounge area from the dining room where it has become the place to see and be seen. Talk about raising the North Texas gold standard!

Bullion steak*

This 2018 Art Ball live auction package will provide a six-course feast created by Bruno for eight. Of course, each course will be paired thanks to Bullion Sommelier and Beverage Director Andrew Schawel.

The only problem will be selecting who the lucky eight will be.

Compliments of Bullion, Bruno Davaillon, Nasiba and Thomas Hartland-Mackie

Restrictions: Reservations required.
